Samurai

The Dionaea Muscipula, commonly known as the Venus Flytrap, is native to North America. It is the most well known of all carnivorous plants and uses an active snap-trap to capture insects. It is a is a perennial plant and goes dormant in winter. The Samurai has a vivid green colour with with long elegant lashes. It can grow indoors or outdoors in a sunny position.

Size  A low-lying plant that reaches a maximum of about 15 cm in diameter

Light  Sun-loving plant. Requires a minimum of  6 hours sunlight a day

Dormancy  Plant goes dormant in winter.
